After their first creative period in Amsterdam around the turn of the millenium, „Dalgoo“ now returns with new anchor in Berlin and new drummer: „Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité“ serves as title and progammatic approach to their new CD. The narrative of the compositions is told with all freedom of improvisation, in mutual trust and balance of individual voices and collective awareness. No hierarchies here, it’s the collective that counts. „Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité“ indeed. In this special year of release 2020 the world can surely use a bit of that.
